I welcome you to the Uganda Local Governments Association (ULGA) website. The Association is moving to greater heights in supporting local governments in Uganda. To achieve our vision which is Unity and Efficiency of Local Governments, we now have a permanent home, The ULGA House. The ULGA House located in Najjanankumbi, Entebbe Road, is now the headquarters for local governments in Uganda.

The website provides information about ULGA and all those in the Decentralization fraternity in the country and worldwide. I would therefore like to urge you to always visit the website whenever you are in need of information about ULGA. I also encourage you to post your views in our discussion forum.
