The Uganda Local Governments Association will be holding its 16th Annual General Meeting and 15th Anniversary Celebrations from 6^th - 7^th December 2009 at Riviera Hotel in Hoima District.

The President of Uganda Local Governments Association (ULGA) hereby invites All District Chairperson, All Chief Administrative Officers, All District Speakers, District Sub-County Representative and the invited guests to attend this meeting and Anniversary.

Please note that the date has been changed from 26^th - 27^th December 2009 to 6^th - 7^th December 2009. Reporting is on 5^th December 2009 and Departure is on 8^th December 2009.
